Food security and fluctuating world food prices

With around one billion people of the worlds population suffering from chronic hunger, World Food Day has a theme that echo's that, “Food Prices From Crisis to Stability”.  With the increasing demand for food two of the largest countries China and India has increased demand for food due to the increasing populations and rises in per capita incomes.
