The Latin America District of the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM) invites milling professionals to participate in its annual technical meeting on November 20, in La Antigua, Guatemala. The meeting will focus on the operations side of the flour milling industry, with a one-day pre-conference workshop on November 19. The IAOM meeting precedes the 29 Annual ALIM meeting. In striving to streamline processes and run their facilities more efficiently, shift millers, plant managers, mill superintendents, head millers and quality control staff will benefit from a series of veteran speakers who will share their insights and expertise on mill operations.
