Agco Corps has agreed to buy grain storage bin maker GSI holdings Corp, this purchase will expand Agco business operations beyond manufacturing farm tractors and combines. The deal worth US$940 million (€713.148 million) is expected to be closed by the end of the year. Those purchases look very similar to the recent Ohio grain storage bins that were purchased by for the other branches of GSI.
